Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and CashTrack ("we", "us", or "our"). They apply to the CashTrack website, mobile apps, waitlist, beta, and related services.

By using CashTrack, creating an account, joining the waitlist, or connecting a bank account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use CashTrack for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use CashTrack. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account, including activity by workers or team members you invite.

You agree to provide accurate information and to tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Using CashTrack

You may use CashTrack only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use CashTrack for fraud, illegal activity, or unauthorized surveillance.
• Connect a bank account you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Break, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Upload malware, false information, or content that violates someone else's rights.
• Resell or commercially exploit CashTrack without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or operational risk.

Your business data

Your closeouts, reports, store records, worker information, notes, and uploaded data belong to you or your business. You give us permission to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that data only as needed to provide CashTrack.

You are responsible for the accuracy of records entered into CashTrack and for keeping any records your business is legally required to keep. CashTrack can help organize records, but it does not replace professional bookkeeping, tax, or accounting review.

Subscriptions

CashTrack may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may be sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another approved billing provider.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel app store subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Apple, Google, or the billing provider handles payment processing, taxes, renewal notices, and refund requests according to their policies.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or allowed by the billing provider.

Bank connections

Bank connections are optional and are provided through Plaid. If you connect a bank account, you agree that Plaid's terms and privacy policy also apply.

CashTrack uses bank data only to support features like deposit matching, expense review, and reconciliation. We do not control Plaid, your bank, or the accuracy or timing of bank data returned by them.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to connect and use any bank account linked to CashTrack.

Disclaimers & liability

CashTrack is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

CashTrack is not a bank, accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, payroll provider, or financial adviser. Any reports, totals, alerts, or reconciliations depend on the data entered by users and data returned by third-party services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CashTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

Ending use

You can stop using CashTrack at any time. You may request account deletion or data export by using the app controls or contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, if we discontinue the service, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, payment obligations, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

Law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or CashTrack will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as CashTrack changes. When changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or email. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
